From the opulent master bathroom to the high-end fixtures to the fresh and modern color palate you re in for great lasting memories of a vacation well spent The first floor features an open floor plan living area with a built-in gas fireplace and a DVD monitor with surround sound a dining area with both a breakfast bar and a separate dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher plus a laundry cubby with a full size washer and dryer one bedroom with one king size bed and an en-suite master bathroom with a two compartment sink a large glass enclosed shower a separate soaker tub plus an additional compartment with another wash basin and toilet. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with one king size bed another bedroom with one queen size bed and one full bathroom. Just outside the rear entrance is a brand new composite deck with a new hot tub and an outdoor gas grill. RESERVATIONS Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost including tax is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest s scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest s credit card on the scheduled due-date.
