Electronic PCB assembly company is seeking a full time employee to maintain and improve Quality management in compliance with ISO procedures. Position assess process controls Validation of process provides input into the selection of materials and process used. Ensures that the best possible practices are used during assembly process. Evaluates failures of the process to determine root cause and methods to eliminate potential for re-occurrence. Experience in the selection and application of soldering methods re-flow wave solder and selective soldering a plus. Be familiar with the different equipment used in the SMT assembly process and control of such. Will perform process audits to ensure that processes are being performed in a controlled manner to minimize potential for errors. Must be a team player with strong computer skills written and verbal communication skills and completed a minimum of a bachelor s degree in a related field. Knowledge of ISO GMP s ISO 13485 and IPC standards a plus. Experience especially from assembly side not just fabrication.
