The first floor features a built-in dinette along with a breakfast bar and dining table...great for family game night plus a well equipped kitchen a 3 4 bath a large living room equipped with an electric fireplace and a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Ascending the wood lined staircase to the second floor brings you into a sleeping area with one twin size bed adjoined by one bedroom with one set of hand-crafted bunk beds (the lower bunk is a full size ) a master bedroom with 1-king size bed and a sitting area a walk-out balcony overlooking the well kept grounds a walk-in closet and a 3 4-bath...all tastefully done Just outside the front door is a nice deck with a picnic table a gas grill and an outdoor HOT TUB. The added bonus is that this family cabin is located right across the street from the community tennis courts and other common area recreational amenities. This vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy). Snowline is a family focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool fishing pond for kids 12 and under tennis basketball and volleyball courts children s playground and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities. RATES Rates for Cabin 30 range from 179.00 to 349.00 per night and from 1074.00 to 2443.00 per week. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from 99.00 to 1219.00 per night and from 594.00 to 8533.00 per week USD tax. RESERVATIONS Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost including tax is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest s scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to our Guest s credit card on the scheduled due-date.
