In-House or Field Service Machine Repair Technicians - Canton Ohio - JOB 18-00182 Salary Range 18.00 - 25.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. Canton Ohio manufacturer is seeking In-House or Field Service Machine Technicians to repair electric-mechanical mechanical and electrical machines and components. REQUIREMENTSHigh School graduate with Associate degree or technical school certificate is preferred Familiar with electrical motors solenoids sensors valves and switches as necessary. Exceptional electrical & electro-mechanical machine knowledge Training and or related work experience Test troubleshoot and repair of electro-mechanical production machinery Must be good with tools (wrenches screwdrivers sockets & ratchets) Ability to read and interpret mechanical & electromechanical assembly diagrams Read wiring diagrams schematics & install conduit and interconnecting wiring between the control panels and the junction boxes. Electrical machine tool controls knowledge to troubleshoot repair program upgrade rebuild retrofit remanufacture aging controls servomotors and drives. Swapping outdated electrical controls with a state-of-the-art PLC (programmable logic control). Past electrical and mechanical machine assembly experience is a plus to include motors solenoids sensors valves and switches Any experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus Machine testing experience Knowledge experience measuring and working with high and low voltage machine power and controls Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
