Oversees the personal training department in one EFT location. Proven track record in Leadership and goal attainment. Responsible for the successful attainment of company targets including revenue and client retention as well as setting and achieving bi-weekly revenue objectives. Drives and communicates company operational procedures and standards in their club. Sells and conducts introductory certified personal training sessions. Ensures trainers team members are consistent in punctuality dress code compliance and customer service focus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements 2 Yrs Experience In high level inside sales management is a MUST Current nationally accredited Personal Training Certificate and or a fitness related degree Current CPR AED certification High School diploma or GED required Associates Bachelors degree in related field a plus Knowledge of the personal training software programs a plus (ClubReady) Bilingual Spanish Speaker a plus
