Seeking a neat drama free roommate (male or female) to rent a very nice two-room suite. New paint new carpet and an oversized closet. Spacious and super cool in the summertime and cozy warm in the wintertime. You have your own keyed entry and a private entrance can be made available. The house is beautifully decorated and the other 2 roommates are drama free. A huge backyard with a basketball court 2-story deck swinging bench chimenea lots of tables and chairs and shade to relax plus peonies and iris. Kitchen has so many dishes and cookery that I don t have alot of room left for more. But there s private space for your food both cold and dry food.Rent of 550 includes utilities internet cable and WIFI. Security deposit of 125 plus a nonrefundable pet deposit if applicable. The first month s rent and security deposit(s) must be paid in full in cash upon acceptance with signed lease to hold the space until the move-in date. Initial lease term of 3 months then month-to-month thereafter. If another lease term is desired we can discuss it however 3 months is the minimum term.There s everything you could want here and nothing you don t.
