OOH ADVERTISING - Virtual Assistant Available

Are you looking for an experienced virtual assistant for OOH (out of home) advertising I have directly supervised the work of installers in Los Angeles Miami Ohio and New Jersey by creating work orders following up before and after postings scheduling photographers and completing all POPs. My work included digital minutes purchased in New York and Boston bus shelters and benches delivered in Los Angeles and billboards posted in Los Angeles San Francisco Miami Sacramento and Cincinnati. This included monitoring and troubleshooting all advertising media. Through email phone contact and use of a cloud server I maintained existing relationships and communicated with agencies clients and vendors in numerous states. In addition I prepared and updated inventory availability and posting reports filed all pertinent documents and prepared advertising contracts.
