Looking for a house to rent in the East Bay area.

Tipical 2-3 bedroom house with a basement. We have many birds that must come with us. I am a responsible bird breeder that needs to find a place by June 30. Birds to go in the basement in cages. The reason we are leaving the house that we are currently renting is because it is going up for sale. The renovations begin on July 1st so we must be out of the current house that we are living in by June 30. We have many references readily available.
