Our client is Major bank in Downtown Montreal. They are looking for Bilingual Receptionist to work on a short term assignment. Working hours 11 30 t0 5 30 Monday to Friday Essential Duties Answer incoming calls Screening and directing telephone calls. Greet clients & advise their representative that their client has arrived. Preparing and ordering lunches for meetings or marketing presentations. Manage all the boardroom reservations and events Couriers (sending and receiving important documents). Receive mail and distribute accordingly Prepare weekly reports on a spreadsheet. Prepare daily labels & tabs. Order office supplies (Grand and Toy).Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Help with other administrative tasks Ensure that projectors speakers sound and telephone intercom are set up when needed for a conference call or lunch meeting.(coordinate with IT Technicians) Assist with the ordering kitchen supplies from supplier (IGA) Assist placing soft drinks and other kitchen items in the fridge every morning. Assist with the tidying of the boardrooms in the morning and after luncheons Prepare memos letters and correspondences as requested (Word Excel and Power Point). General admin duties as assigned Required Skills 2 to 3 years of experience Good communicative skills Good organizational skills Good interpersonal skills. Have a high level of discretion. A Team player. Ability to work under pressure Bilingual (10 10 is a must) balancing is a good chunk of the task Qualifications Education Experience High School Diploma or equivalent.
