Job Title Print Production Level 2 Location Quincy IL Pay Rate 11.94 hour Hours 8am-5pm M-F Status 1-2 years Job Description Agent will be receiving files from an online portal check files for high volume reproduction quality and print documents based on clients specifications. Some finishing may be required. Logging tracking jobs in a spreadsheet & organizing finished product is procedure. Requirements Operate & maintain high speed high volume printers & copiers scanners and finishing equipment Open & Assign document files for print production Required Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (word excel etc. Some file conversion may be necessary (knowledge of Adobe suite preferred) Sophisticated Communication both written & verbal Client facing service delivery - must identify client s needs & deliver production to specifications Required 2 years Customer Service Check document for problem areas (font image resolution layout perimeters etc. Must have previous experience operating high volume printers Eligibility Requirements Must consent to a criminal background and drug screen Must have reliable transportation Must have High School Diploma or GED Must be Eligible to work in the U.S. If you feel that you meet all of the requirements for this position please respond to this posting with your updated resume.
