Job Description As a metal stud framer individuals will need an excellent knowledge of construction industry processes including both new construction and building repair. These framers must be familiar with the equipment and tools needed to work in the position. They will also need strong analytical skills to evaluate and follow technical drawings such as building diagrams and blueprints. As a metal stud framer individuals should have an ability to collaborate as they may serve as part of a construction team.
