One to two furnished rooms available for a clean drama and drugfree female(s) student or professional just starting out on their own. If one room is rented the price will be 300 which includes utilities within reason and full use of the home. 150 security deposit which can be worked out by paying 375 for the first two months which will take care of the security deposit. Person will need to pass a background check. Overnight guests have to be approved by me but my home is your home again within reason. This is a smokefree home but you can smoke outside. Have cable and wifi. My home is in Madera Highlands. I realize that it is a far drive for most but with the price only being 300 I am sure you will find it very convenient. If both rooms are rented the price will be 200 for each room but you will have to share the bathroom.
