The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and able to work in a team environment. This is a temporary position with a possibility of turning permanent in the future. Monday- Friday 11am- 5pmResponsibilities Advanced Word Excel skills Data Entry Dealing with Customers and providing them with excellent customer service Filling Managing Day to Day operations Managing Petty Cash month end remittances Must be detail orientation and manage managers schedules appointments travel Requirements Skills Abilities Personality Dress and Attitude to work in a Multi-level environment Strong command in all office procedures Outlook Internet Research and a variety of Social Media.
