Attention North seattle home owners I m someone who s fed up with apartment living and am seeking my own personal modest space in the form of a backyard shed or other structure that s at least somewhat suitable for semi-decent living. I m extremely clean quiet and drama free. Also I don t drink smoke or do drugs of any kind so I would be the perfect candidate for this somewhat unorthodox style of living. 350.00 a month is my offer a modest amount but so is the type of setup I seek so I think it s a fair exchange.
