Alliance Ready Mix has opened a new plant at 100 Carver St. in Shafter California. We are currently accepting applications to fill several postions that range from a Ready Mix Driver to a Cement Bulk delivery as well material trucks. Our company has 4 locations 2 of which are located in Kern County and 2 located on the Central Coast. We offer a competitive wage benefits and overtime after 8 hours and double time after 12 hours of work. We are a certified small buisness and currently have the contract to supply materials to High Speed Rail Project. Our company is looking for energetic individuals that are willing to learn a new trade. We have multiple postions in every aspect of our operation and are willing to train for each one. Our training process will take at least 30 days we try to instruct each new employee every aspect of the Ready mix industry. Some positions only require a Class B license others requie a Class A. All positions requirea tanker endorsement. Please also bring a copy of your Social Security Card Drivers Licens and finally an medical certificatre statement.
