Triton Construction a rapidly growing construction management firm seeks experienced NYC Document Control Specialist to work on major projects in New York City and the surrounding areas.OverviewTriton Construction has an an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Document Control Specialist. You need 1 -2 years of experience supporting construction projects.Responsibilities for the AdministratorAssit with office construction projects. Point of contact for all new vendors subs looking to work with the company. Assist in downloading organizing drawings in an electric format for various projects coordinating and distributing as directed by the project team. Manage and distrubte construction plans. Call sub-contractors to obtain pricing for estimators. Perform uploading and downloading computer files and data entry. Conform hard copy sets of drawings to keep current. Sends out invitation to bid to subcntractors consultants. Printing of drawings either in-house or coordinating with reprographic company. Scanning of drawings. Access and working knowledge of the AIA program. Puts together RFP s for new projects and delivers if needed. Answer office phones forward accordingly or take a message as needed. Receive and sort mail as needed. Receive log and distribute all mail and courier packages. Interface with client representatives A E representatives subcontractors etc. Requirements for the AdministratorKnoweldge of Procore a plus Proficient in MS Word Excel Outlook Power Point and Access Experience filing & organizing documents at a high volume Must have good organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously Must be able to effectivelyJob Type Full-timeSalary 45 000.00 to 50 000.00 year
