The Regional Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns for the asset in accordance with the Company s mission vision and objectives. This includes but is not limited to the following Property Management responsible for training and development of all personnel assigned. Conducts training coaching and disciplinary actions as needed. Maintain the Physical Asset Stay abreast of current policies and guidelines maintain policy manual as changes are effected review and monitor policies with all site staff to insure compliance. Marketing and Leasing Monitor and implement marketing plans for properties and portfolio. Responsible for fiscal budgetary and financial compliance Develop and implement annual property management plan and operating budget. Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university or three to four years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Real Estate license or the ability to obtain license within 6 months of employment CPM designation or like designation required or the ability to obtain within 24 months of employment Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
