We are looking for Construction Manager Foreman with experience. This is a full-time long term position. We will be providing company vehicle uniform and equipment needed.Pay ranging from 700- 900 week depending on skill level PLUS MONTHLY BONUSES Paid for cell phone.Requirements -Bilingual -Project experience is a plus -Applicant must have a positive attitude -Must have good communication teamwork and organization skills. -Position will require management of personnel vendor and subcontractors -The Foreman position is a salaried field management position that will require investment of time and effort beyond a 7-to-3 work week -Must be able to multi-task have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are achieved . -Ability to resolve issues independently based on project company standards and verification of facts -Candidates will be proficient with computers and must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
