Want to sleep in and walk to campus next semester with no hassle to find parking I am graduating at the end of this month and moving back home. I am searching for a female sublet to a beautiful apartment next semester spring of 2014. The lease would be from January 1st to August 1st. The rent is 644 a month (very cheap for living close to campus) The apartment complex is very new it is fully furnished with a full size kitchen and two baths two beds. It also includes cable internet access parking and its own laundry facility. It is literally a minute walk to campus with a friendly atmosphere. Close to the Interstate 8 for easy access to the beach and malls. The beach is about 10 minutes away It is a shared bedroom that is fully furnished. Three other girls are currently living here.
