Hello. I am a honest hardworking single father of two boys looking for a home to purchase on article of agreement or rent to own until I can get back on my feet financially. I have a steady good job and always have. Make descent money but have gotten myself in a bit of a jamb in the past but have been working vigorously to clear things up. Nothing criminal in case you were wondering. I m looking for a home to raise my boys in. A country setting is preferred but it is not mandatory. I m very flexible and will take what I can get. It can be a fixer upper. I come from a construction background and am highly skilled in home repair. I would love to buy a house in the country to fix up for me and my sons to call our own. The amount of square footage and bedrooms are not important. I have some money for a down payment but not allot. In or around Washington county would be best for us. I know in my heart that god has the right place for us out there somewhere.
