Arbys located in 140-St Matthews Ave Spruce Grove AB is currently seeking candidates for 2 FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR with the following traits -To ensure the customers receive friendly courteous and prompt service at all times following prescribed and established service procedures. - Display professional behaviour integrity pride and loyalty to the company and its team. -Ability to supervise 5-10 people effectively The successful candidate will work flexible shift (day evening weekend). The company offers 13.28 hour for 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have - At least completion of high school. - Must speak read and write English. - Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills. - Must be interested in continuous learning to enable future success and personal growth. - Must be able to respond to unscheduled requests swiftly and professionally. - Must demonstrate flexibility and cooperation - able to work assigned shifts including late evening and weekends as required. - Experience with decision-making and problem solving. -Experience as a Food Service Supervisor is an asset. Job Duties includes Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Establish work schedule Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Ensure food service and quality control Maintain records of stock repairs sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Supervise and check assembly of trays Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
