Nurse Practitioner or FNP Needed

Will perform evaluations on new patients - family social past and occupational history. Will provide minor pain management. Will perform vitals for each new patient and document patient chart. Will Manage physical therapy and perform minor examinations. Will prescribe pain medication as needed. Approximately 20 hours per week Monday thru Friday 3-4 hours per day. Compensation approximately 50 000 yearly.
