Job Requirements - Support sales and productivity goals of the store - Demonstrate strong knowledge of store merchandise to maximize sales opportunities - Identifying the needs of the customer and providing exceptional customer service at all times - Maintaining the visual standards of the store - Prior retail experience - High energy friendly and outgoing personality - Goal oriented and sales driven - Willing to initiate conversation and identify the needs of the customer - Ability to work in a fast paced environment while utilizing proven and trained sales techniques to present all products to our customers. - Effectively present and sell company products. - Provide a professional and friendly response to customer inquiries and requests in person and on the telephone. - Maintain current knowledge of all products or additional services available to the customer. - Willing to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays. - Must be customer focused results driven and possess the ability to consistently produce sales. - Must be professional and promote a positive attitude among customers and peers. - Must be articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner. - Willing to complete pre-employment testing drug screen and background check.
