Assistant Estimator Estimator IMMEDIATE OPENING Smet Construction Services Corp and established N.E. WI Design Build and Construction Management firm is looking to fill the position of Assistant Construction Estimator Estimator. Potential candidates must have the following qualities o Knowledge and experience in commercial and industrial construction processes o Individual must be personable and have a positive attitude o Must be self-motivated o Individual must have conceptual estimating experience o Knowledge in Timberline Estimating or similar estimating program Duties will Include o General Construction Estimating o Head pre-construction teams on commercial and industrial projects o Assist in periodic project budgetary reviews Support of the Business Development process and Business Development staff in a team setting by o Providing construction estimates o Assist in obtaining information at sales calls o Assist in preparation of outline specifications o Assist in preparation of materials Please send resume construction experience and wage expectations to build(at)smet.com
