rooms for rent

have a new remodeled house i am renting out two bedrooms one for 350.00 a month and a master bedroom for 400.00 a month the utilities are included in the rent and there is a washer and dryer so no need to go to the laundrymat. if i rent the rooms out to a couple the rent will go up 100.00 to cover the extra cost of water and utilities. asking for first and last months rent paid at time of signing of a lease of at least 2 months. there is a deposit of 100.00 which is refundable if the rooms are in the same condition when moved in. No pets unless they are caged animals. We have 2 medium sized dogs that do great with people and children but not other dogs or cats. Smoking is ok.
