Nurse Practitioner or FNP Needed

Will perform evaluations on new patients - family social past and occupational history. Will perform vitals for each new patient and record in patient chart. Will Manage physical therapy and perform minor examinations. Will Provide minor pain management and prescribe medication as needed. Hours are Monday thru Friday approximately 20 hours weekly 3-4 hours per day.
