CFO NEEDED FOR GLOBAL REIT

Hi Everyone I m not a Recruiter but some folks think I am. What I am is a Real Estate Developer working with the Operations of a Global REIT. As we are acquiring real estate development opportunities we are simultaneously looking for a new CFO. Your background must include experience with Hedge Funds and be able to assist the ownership in bringing REIT Investors to the table. Be very creative in math and very strong business mind to fix or implement packages and provide oversight to the accounting functions of the various companies on a global scale. You must have experience setting up new Global REITS preparing and issuing prospectus packages for REIT investment properties. You must also be quick thinking provide 100% transparency at all times and be creative in fixing issues if when and they arise. Last but not least a familiarity with the REIT market production sales.
