Diverse Staffing has a client that has several Immediate Openings for a Collections Representative. Job Description 1. Collections company on the East side of Indianapolis is seeking several inside sales representatives to complete outbound calls and set up repayment plans for defaulted student loans as well as overdue government taxes. 2. Employees utilize skip tracing techniques and internet research methods to locate customers with outdated contact information 3. Will be on the phone for 5-6 hours each shift 4. Complete payment processing 5. Follow up with customers as needed 6. Possess basic negotiation skills 7. 10 hr. base plus commission (accrued and paid out after being hired on permanently) 8. 90 days temp to hire Requirements MUST be available to work Monday - Friday plus some Saturdays any shift between 8 00am - 11 00pm At least 2 years of successful collections or inside sales experience Basic math skills High School diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail Must be able to pass a Criminal background check credit check and drug screen Must not be in default of student loans as well as overdue government taxes.
