Aveshka Inc. (Aveshka) is looking for highly motivated individuals with experience in operations or research analysis relating to complex system development or acquisition employing scientific and engineering processes and modeling and simulation tools to serve as an Operations Research Analyst. In support of the Homeland Security Enterprise as they acquire operationally focused best value solutions that can be successfully transition to operational use. To accomplish this coordinated policy guidance processes products and outreach in four critical areas must be provided standards development systems analysis research and development testing and assessment and operational testing and evaluation. Experience Provides Supervision to analyst and performs analysis applying appropriate scientific and engineering processes and modeling techniques to the life-cycle development of systems. Preforms analysis and trade-off studies related to operational issues and reviews test plans to ensure MOEs address operational requirements. Reviews plans for system integration operation and maintenance and assists in the development of training for operational personnel. Applies operations research methodology to defining and formulation economic analysis and related benefit cost and risk studies. Requirements
