Assistant Residence Supervisor

Independent Living Association is a non-profit organization that provides services to people who have developmental disabilities. ILA is seeking a dynamic Assistant Residence Supervisor to assist in supervising the day-to-day operations of the residences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring safety and sanitation in the residences and that adequate support services (vendors suppliers) are maintained providing direct services to the Individuals together with the direct care staff supervising the DCCs Cook and Maintenance personnel and ensuring that training is provided to the facility staff. Candidates must possess High School Diploma Associate s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with the DD population is required. Valid and clean New York State driver s license required. Must be computer literate detail-oriented and have excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to multi-task is a plus.
