Wage & Benefits 14 - 16 hr (DOE) 10 days of paid vacation Working conditions Permanent and full-time 37.5 - 40 hrs wk Type of Farm Operations Blueberry farm Main Responsibilities -. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations -. Co-ordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers -. Train and supervise farm workers -. Assign work schedules arrange and schedule pickup -. Maintain quality control and production records -. Resolve conflicts between employees such as contrasting views ideas or opinions -. Help customers enjoying our U-Pick event and ensure their safety Qualifications -. Min. 3 years of supervising or managing a farm -. Completion of secondary education is required -. Completion of vocational training related to fruit farming is a great asset -. Valid driver s license is required -. Able to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment -.
