For Sale Barn Boards and Timbers. Dismantle an Antique Barn.

For sale is an antique barn which is located at 191 Simdars Road in Sequim Washington. Please come and inspect the barn or if you like just rely on the photos. This barn is 90 feet long and 60 feet wide. We do not know the exact date that this barn was built but we believe it was sometime around 1890 to 1920. The boards are 12 inches by 1 inch. Some are Cedar and some are Fir. The timbers are about 12 inches by 12 inches. Some of the timbers were reclaimed from an earlier vintage barn and those timbers are hand hewed. Buyer agrees to remove all wood and metal roofing in the barn. Bids will be open until March 10 2014.
