Wear required uniform. 2. Able to climb ladders on railcars to a height of 16 feet. Be able to gain entry to the railcars by means of the railcar ladder. 3. Able to remove bridge plates between railcars at heights of 16 feet. 4. Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. 5. Open and close end doors of railcars. 6. Physically able to work on your knees while removing tie down devices. 7. Able to work in close quarters. 8. Safely drive a vehicle off a ramp with varying degree of elevation. 9. Safely drive a vehicle off a railcar with limited clearances. 10. Work in all weather conditions. Heat cold ice snow rain etc. 11. Available to work any day of the week including Saturdays Sundays and Holidays. 12. Available to work irregular hours.
