It needs rug s or carpet installed in 5 room s and in the hall. It has a 3 4 fenced in yard. Because the front fence is gone. One of the neighbors told me that when the people moved out that they took the fence in front of the house and the two gates at the drive way. The as is value is 98k The price is 70 000.00 The homes on the same street values are from 100k to 137k . So after repairs value it will be about 140k to 150k. The latest comps added in this area is 3 2 for 218k and 4 3 130k and 3 2 for 146k that I know of. This house is in Walker County. It is about 5 mins to I 22 and about 5 mins to Dora and Sumiton.
