About the Job We are seeking a Sales Engineer. This position is to sell our industrial products. This position is based in North Central Ohio. The ideal candidate should have industrial sales experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for sales volume and sales growth by maintaining existing customer base and by significantly increasing new customer base. Calls on current and potential customers engineers designers or other professions and technical staff at commercial industrial organizations to demonstrate the desirability and practicality of our products and or services. Review customer drawings plans and other documents to develop and prepare cost estimates and correctly engineered products to meet customer needs. Provide technical support to clients relating to use and operation of motors. Prepares and presents customer quotations call reports and special sales reports. Prepare and submit sales reports Additional Duties and Responsibilities Liaison between factories and customers Enter customer data and other sales data into company database filing system Coordinate with outside sales representatives as needed Education and Experience Requirements Should have industrial sales experience Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication and group presentation skills Proficiency in Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook Benefits IRA Plan with company contribution Healthcare Plan Company Paid Vacation and Sick Time Company Paid Holidays We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
