HOWEVER we don t need to smoke inside...We have an older dog who is well mannered and trained sleeps all the time. 2 parakeets .. We are quiet non intrusive respectful people. We have a fixed reliable income. As we both are not employed we would be at home most of the time. We have no violent or theft convictions. We don t have a lot of visitors but a few long time friends and family will visit from time to time. Husband is a very capable Mr. Fix it and Wife likes to cook .
