This is a small teardrop camper trailer a sleeper with a rear galley capable of being towed by many different vehicles with ease. It is perfect for one or two people who have tent camping equipment and want to have a more comfortable place to sleep while still living mostly outdoors at camp. Built in Texas by an individual in 2009 it has been used by us for the past two years in Arizona. It has a sleeping space of 44 X 75 and a body size 4 X 9 (overall 6 X 12 ) weighing (at)1 000 lbs (tongue weight of (at) 212 lbs). The interior is 42 at the high point finished in wood with 2 large doors a ceiling fan radio CD and lots of storage. Wired for DC AC there are plenty of outlets and lights. The battery is a Yellow Top deep cycle AGM new in June 2013 in a lockable box with a trickle charger. All three 15 tires were new in 2012 with 90% tread left and there s a spare tire carrier for the 2 receiver on the trailer. The 3 square frame is 14 off the ground with a Torflex type flexible axle and electric brakes. The 2 coupler is bolted to a welded on adjustable channel. The galley in the rear is storage space only (no sink or stove). This is a very functional well maintained camper designed to go almost anywhere your 4WD can tow it. It is a camping amenity meant to be used with other camping equipment. It s all white metal clad exterior has some previous cosmetic hail damage on top. There are 7 exterior mounted removable shelves and a good foam mattress and room for more creative changes. Central Phoenix location.
