Requirements Minimum of 8 years or more relevant Sales experience in After Market automotive parts or Leaf Springs Truck business in the USA market. Is currently responsible for territorial sales and or in specific regions with existing business network. Proven track record and ability in developing business relationship is a pre- requisite. High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Post-Secondary education Business or Automotive considered an asset. Competencies skills required ability to problem solve strong customer service focus very high level of integrity manage time and report result driven. Accountabilities Develop new business network dealers. Meeting sales targets Total Compensation Package Competitive base salary with commission plus excellent opportunity for 13th month salary bonus.
