Sickle Cell Disease
Imara Inc. is conducting a study investiaget a possible new treatment for Sickle Cell Disease call IMR-687 The study may take up to 28 weeks (approxiamtely 6.5 months) to complete. You may be required to come in thee stuyd clinic fo rip to 14 visits inculding up to 4 separate full-day ( i.e. 24 hours total) or overnight stays. Compensation for travel and time loss is available. The study staff will assess you reguarly for safety and take blood to measure the effects fo IMR-687 throughtout the study. IF YOU Are between 18 and 50 years old Have Sickle Cell Anaemia Have not been admitted to the hospital overnight for your Sickle Cell Anaemia more than 3 times in the last year Do not require frequent transfusion Are not pregnant You may be able to participate in this study.
