Please Someone help out here if you can

Though this is not the appropriate place to post this i still believe there some good people out there.My younger sister has been diagnosed with a hernia since January.Since then I have tried to get financial assistance around to no avail.A group of friends rather encouraged me to dupe people for their money which I feel uncomfortable with I really needed help that I almost abided to the idea but each time i attempted i felt so guilty My sister is the only one I have.Please may someone out there help
