Looking for a Roommate starting January 28th 2014

Hello I m a 48 year-old accountant that is starting my own private practice. I have an office in downtown KC. I have a pile of student loans to pay off so I need to save money for the next couple of years. I m outgoing and love life. I m a non-drinker and non-smoker. I would prefer having a roommate that is a social drinker or non-drinker and outside smoker. Pets are okay. I like animals. I also will do your taxes for free and give you accounting advice for free I currently live in the West Plaza Area and I would like to stay near here. By this I mean Midtown Rosedale Westwood Fairway Mission Roeland Park Overland Park Kansas City KS Plaza Area South KC Brookside and Waldo are all okay. Apartment sharing is okay. Carriage houses are okay a room in a house is okay. I m pretty much open to anything that will save me money.
