Our investors put 10 000 to 15 000 in repairs and upgrades and turn around and sell them between 130 000 to 150 000. We only look for properties in better neighborhoods with good school systems. The properties we find mostly need cosmetic work not new roofs driveways etc. We do not charge our investors to find the properties the current owners of the homes pay us. We also can sell the home once the investor has completed the upgrades and repairs. We charge a normal selling fee for this. We only deal with serious investors who can move very quickly once an under valued property is found. This means the investor must have cash or liquid assets to purchase and make necessary repairs. We do not work with investors who use financing to purchase homes. After the purchase contract is accepted the investor has 10 business days to have the home inspected by a professional State Licensed Home Inspector of their choice. If for any reason the inspection report is not accepted by the investor the offer can be cancelled and any down payment will be refunded back in full to the investor.
