Mobile medium size custom built smoker for catered events. Dual fire boxes (accessible from both sides) and divided down the middle creating two sepiyarate cooking smoking areas controlled by individual fireboxes. This allows one side to be used for smaller events (usage) and the use of both fireboxes for larger volume. When one side only is used there is some heat transfer to the unused side which serves as a warming holding oven for pre-cooked product. Wood bin in front of smoker holds approximately cord of wood. Smoker box is approximately 6 -o x 10 -o with over-all size 7 -6 x 14 -10 including tongue length-height is 6 2 not counting chimneys. Smoker cooking capacity holds 18-17 x 25 sheet pans.
