Wifi is available and washer and dryer inside the appartment. Both of these would cost extra 25 each added to the rent. I work at home as a graphic designer im 24 years old and my girlfriend works outside the home most of the night as a cleaner and sometimes during the day as a driver. Shes 30 and we re very laid back. My duaghter is 2 years old snd shes very quiet. We re renting the room just for extra income but our bills are always paid on time snd we dont trouggle financially.
