Available spare room for rent in a house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Burbank across the Lincoln Park Library. For one person only and someone who is comfortable with dogs. But unfortunately can t accept any more pets. The room is a private bedroom that has its own private bathroom and its own private entrance. All the utilities are all included with the rent (water electricity cable internet etc.) There is also access to the laundry room and to the pool. There is no kitchen. But you have access to a private refrigerator and are more than welcome to put in your room anything you might need to cook or warm up your food and accommodate it how you want it. The rent is 750 per month. The lease is three months or longer. Plus a 500 security deposit to move in.
