Good Location

I have a furnished bedroom bathroom to rent for 750.00 a month which includes all utilities use of kitchen laundry room living dining rooms deck and patios (when the weather is nice). It is close to freeways public transportation and airport. Also on street parking for one vehicle. I am a semi-retired psycho-therapist and I see clients downstairs three days a week they are never in the living area. I m pretty easy going and like to have open communication. In other words if you have a request complaint or issue just spit it out don t beat around the bush. I like to laugh every day and have a weird sense of humor. I read a lot and watch TV. Don t have cable I only watch few shows. Have no pets at the moment and I am a nonsmoker. The room is ready now. Peggy M
