Wanted roommate to share 2 bedroom townhouse. Nice size bedroom with a large walk in closet. Room is unfurnished. Rest of townhouse is furnished. Full upstairs bathroom. Half bath downstairs. Nice size living room and kitchen. Fenced in backyard. There is a Washer but dryer doesn t work. We have heating and air conditioning. We pay for internet water and electric along with the rent. I have estimated the cost of everything in the rent but it could go up or down depending on the utility bills. OU is about 10 minutes away. Live close to Walmart Ihop Taco Bell and jack in the Box and 7-11. Live right across the street from a Baptist Church. I am 65 own one cat mostly neat. I am quite but do watch tv in middle of night. I keep the volume low. I am nice non smoking non drinking and retired. Looking for a single or a couple to share my townhouse with me. Best to text me but if I miss your call I will return it. Can move in anytime
