GSM GPRS EDGE 3G & 2G CDMA 1X and new sites or Swap Network rollout cluster drive test & CW data drive test. To analyze the Network which involves analysis of Rx Quality Rx Level etc & Identify problematic areas and inform the DT Co-ordinator. To analyze RF drive test data to evaluate network performance - track TCH Drop & other call related problems. Resolution and investigation of radio related customer complaints. Prepare Pre-Drive and Post-Drive test reports with KPI Problem cause and recommendation solutions.
