I am a non smoker non drinker no pets completely mute on a spiritual path workaholic neat freak insist on doing all housework laid back personality open minded and mature happy to walk your dog and or babysit for free drama free I have my own car you can borrow anytime and I have a full time job making six figures. All this for only 500 a month HA HA HA Somehow these seem to be the requirements to rent a room in Seattle. If all these things were true why would a person need to rent a room Am I the only person who notices this conundrum In truth I am on Social Security Disability and need only a small room to myself with a locking door and access to bath and kitchen...instead of charging you 500 a month I am willing to pay 500 a month. I can in fact speak and I often do even when no one is listening. I am willing to share housework duties and I am a non smoker and non drinker. I am a single woman and a creative writer. My family lives in Ballard so I am seeking a place in northern or central Seattle. My last place was in West Seattle. It was lovely however bus travel was eating up half of my day.
