Looking for someone to sublet a single room in a 4 bedroom apartment. The complex is called University Edge located in Kent Ohio. It s a private bedroom private bathroom and walk-in closet. It s fully furnished and has a washer and dryer in the unit. The community has game room business office gym hot tub fire pit grills courtyards and free tanning. My unit has 3 other females each with private bedroom and bathroom. There is a full kitchen will appliances dining area and living room with all furniture. All utilities are included in the rent (electricty internet cable water sewer trash) and there is a cable hookup in the bedroom. It s right on the edge of the Kent State University campus and right on the campus bus line. Close enough to walk to class. I m looking for someone to sublet starting in 2014 (flexible on exact dates).
